If you do not provide a photo over message we will contact you to request one, if this isn't received after contact your order will be cancelled and refunded in full.
If personalisation is not provided your order will be sent blank with a photo only (we will not chase wording at all)
We do not take any responsibility for spelling mistakes made by the buyer, all writing is copied and pasted and is printed as provided by the buyer including capital letters. (some special characters do not copy and paste correctly, but will be added as per your personalisation
We do not take responsibility for poor quality images, we can only print what we receive - we do not edit photos other than cropping for a fit.
Acrylic should not be cleaned with harsh chemicals, we advise soapy water and will not refund due to damage this way.
